At Cerezamayorista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
